To bring your product into compliance, we offer the following services:
Compliance strategy guidance
We develop a compliance plan to fit your specific product. This includes identifying the appropriate ISED certification service category — New Single, New Family, Add Model to Existing Family, Multiple Listing, C1PC, C2PC, C3PC or C4PC — and determining the applicable radio tests and standards for your equipment.
Testing coordination
Appropriate test reports and other supporting documents must be prepared by a testing laboratory following ISED standards. Our experts can first identify data gaps, and then coordinate testing with appropriate laboratories to prepare a complete submission package.
Submission to Certifying Body
Completed submission packages must be submitted to an ISED-recognized Certification Body (CB) for final approval. Our team can assist in completing the final submission, and provide guidance on correcting any issues raised by the Certification Body.
ISED Canadian Representative
Manufacturers with a company address outside of Canada require a Canadian representative in order to obtain and maintain ISED certifications, per the RSP-100 and DC-01 standards. Our in-house Canadian Representative Service allows manufacturers to fulfill this requirement and complete their submission package. See our representative plans and pricing.
